How to do it

  1. Add one or more photos.
  2. The common feed sizes are pre-selected; remove any you don’t need or add others (banners, profile pictures, pins).
  3. Tap a size chip to preview its crop and tap the photo to move the focus point if needed.
  4. Download one ZIP with a folder per platform size.

One photo, every shape

Platforms disagree on shape more than on size. Feeds favour 4:5 portrait, stories and TikTok want 9:16, link previews and X want wide 1.91:1 or 16:9, and banners are thin strips. Crop the same photo to each and you keep control of what every audience sees, instead of letting each app trim it differently.

Questions

What is the best image size for all social media?

There is no single size. If you can only make one, 1080 × 1350 (4:5) works for Instagram and Facebook feeds, and 1080 × 1080 is accepted almost everywhere. Use the batch tool above to make every size at once.

What size should a social media post be?

1080 px wide is the standard for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. X uses 1600 × 900, LinkedIn 1200 × 627 for link-style posts, and Pinterest 1000 × 1500.

Do I need different images for stories and posts?

Yes. Stories are 9:16 (1080 × 1920); feed posts are at most 4:5. A portrait post shown as a story gets bars or is zoomed.
